How to Create Assistant
Create an Assistant for a Clear Use Case
Levi helps creators and teams build assistants that do more than answer questions. Assistants can support document-based work, reminders, email, files, and schedules depending on the features you enable.
1. Open the Creator Dashboard
Sign in through the Android app, then go to the creator area to manage assistants, documents, and settings.
2. Add a New Assistant
Fill in the assistant name, short description, category, and avatar so users immediately understand its purpose.
3. Write a Clear Prompt
Your prompt should define the assistant's role, supported questions, tone of voice, and boundaries.
4. Upload Supporting Documents
Add PDFs or other relevant documents so the assistant can answer from curated material instead of generic replies.
5. Enable Only the Needed Features
Choose the features that match the use case, such as document help, PDF generation, reminders, Gmail, Google Drive, or Google Calendar.
6. Test Core Conversations
Before publishing, test the assistant with important user scenarios and make sure it does not request unnecessary access.
7. Publish Gradually
Start with internal users, a limited community, or a public audience after the assistant is stable and ready.
