This Privacy Policy explains how Levi ("we", "us") collects, uses, and protects your personal information when you use our official website, Android application, and related services.

Conversation history with agents or assistants
Documents uploaded as knowledge-base material
App preferences and settings
Transaction, subscription, or monetization data relevant to active product features

Operating system and app version
FCM token for push notification delivery

Third-Party Services

This app uses the following third-party services:

Google Gemini AI — Your conversations with Assistants are processed using the Google Gemini API. Conversation data is subject to Google's Privacy Policy.
Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) — Used to send push notifications to your device.
Google Sign-In — Used as a login option. Data received: your Google name and email.
Google OAuth Integrations — If you choose to connect your Google account, Levi can send email through Gmail, manage Google Calendar events, and manage Google Drive files created through Levi, according to the permissions you grant. See Google User Data for details.
Midtrans — Payment processing for coin purchases.

Use of Information

We use your information to:

Provide and improve Levi services
Process AI conversations via Google Gemini
Process purchases, subscriptions, or balance withdrawals when applicable
Send push notifications about account activity and Assistants
Operate Google-connected features that you explicitly enable
Prevent fraud and service abuse
Comply with applicable legal obligations

Google User Data

The Google integration is optional and only becomes active after you connect your Google account through Google's consent screen. Levi only requests these permissions:

Basic profile & email (userinfo.email, userinfo.profile) — to identify the connected Google account.
Gmail — send only (gmail.send) — to send emails you request and approve as a draft in chat. Levi cannot read, search, or monitor your inbox.
Google Calendar — events (calendar.events) — to view, create, edit, and delete events on your calendar at your request.
Google Drive — files from Levi only (drive.file) — to save, open, and share files created or uploaded through Levi. Other files in your Drive are not accessible.

Google data is used only to carry out the actions you request in chat. It is not sold, not used for advertising, not read by humans except with your consent, for security, or to comply with the law, and not used to train general AI models. To fulfil a request, the relevant content is processed by our AI provider (Google Gemini/Vertex AI) as part of the conversation. Access tokens are stored encrypted on our servers. When you disconnect Google in Settings or delete your account, the tokens are removed from our servers. You can also revoke access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

Levi's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Data Protection

We implement reasonable security measures to protect your data, including HTTPS encryption for all data communications and strict access controls on our servers.

Information Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with:

Google (Gemini AI, Firebase, Sign-In) for service operations
Midtrans for payment processing
Legal authorities if required by applicable law

Data Storage

Data is stored as needed to operate the service and may reside on our infrastructure or on third-party service providers we use to run specific features.

Your Rights

You have the right to:

Access and correct your account data via Settings
Permanently delete your account and all data directly from the app via Settings → Privacy & Security → Delete Account. Deletion is immediate and permanent, including revocation of Google OAuth access (Drive, Gmail, Calendar)
Request account deletion by email at [email protected] if you cannot access the app
Withdraw consent for data use

Children

Levi is not intended for users under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child is using Levi, contact us so the account can be removed.
